About Us
Steve Bridgman has been building homes in Conway and Central Arkansas since 1989. He has worked with his father, Jack Bridgman,
who was a construction engineer in Vietnam. Steve also worked for a Civil Engineering and Survey company in Little Rock for
10 years. He was a Project Manager for the company and managed large scale commercial – residential subdivision projects
throughout the Little Rock and Central Arkansas area. Projects include: Home Depot, Target, Kroger, River Market, Little Rock
Chamber of Commerce, Leisure Arts Facility, Brodie Creek and Otter Creek Subdivisions.
Steve has built homes in some of Conway's best subdivisions – Summerbrook, Nottingham, Windcrest, Krooked Kreek, Windsor Park, St. Johns, Canteberry Place and Centennial Valley. He has also built homes in Greenbrier, Faulkner County and the Greer's Ferry Lake area.
Steve's combination of his experience at the Engineering Firm for 10 years and Custom Home Building for 20 years adds value to his ability to direct all phases of the Custom Home Building process including clinent sales, Site/Home/landscaping design and sub-contractor management.
